About Our CEO

At the forefront of many change efforts in corrections and in treatment services has been Kenneth L. Osborne.

Mr. Osborne is an author, consultant, and subject matter expert in addiction treatment/behavioral health and corrections administration. He has worked in these professional arenas for more than 30 years.

Mr. Osborne is well known as a "master trainer". His "down to earth”, “get to the heart of the matter” training approach is something his audiences enjoy. Mr. Osborne has presented on a variety of topics over the years that have included: the impact of a father's absence as an ACE’s issue in SUD treatment, Cultural Humility/Proficiency, Therapeutic Community: Design and Implementation, Cross Discipline Team Building (*for Treatment and Corrections) managing Drug court teams and the ASAM criteria to name a few. He has provided training and technical assistance to SAMHSA, CSAT, the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance to state prisons throughout North America, the drug treatment court in Bermuda, the University of South Africa in Johannesburg, and private American schools in London, Hong Kong, Beijing, Taiwan, Belgium, Frankfurt, Doha Qatar, and Switzerland.

Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Osborne possesses state, national, and international certifications in addiction counseling, is a graduate of the Certified Public Manager program from George Washington University, is a certified Trauma Resolution Specialist, and is recognized as one of America’s Premier Business Leaders and Professionals in Princeton Honors Registry for 2009-2010 and Marquis Who's who in America for 2021-2022.

 

Mr. Osborne possesses an Honorary Doctorate degree in Humanities and holds a master's and bachelor's degree in chemical dependency counseling and serves as a subject matter expert on fatherhood and family reunification issues. He is the author of the 2013 Amazon bestselling book “When Mama is Daddy": Addressing the male crisis and challenge of Father Absence and the follow-up book "The Father Factor": What happens when Daddy’s home?
